Troubleshooting

When something does not work: signing in, playing, loading, and getting in touch.

I can’t sign inWhat to check when sign-in fails, for Google, Apple, or email and password. How to reset a forgotten password, then the basics.
Confirm your email addressWhy an address is confirmed, what the message looks like, what to do when it doesn’t arrive, and what works until you have confirmed it.
A recording won’t playWhat to check when a sermon’s recording does not start, stops, or plays without sound, and what to tell us if nothing helps.
A page won’t loadWhat to try when a page stays blank or a sermon does not open, what the connection and can’t-be-opened messages mean, and when to write to us.
Something is missing from my libraryWhen highlights, notes, favourites, plans or conversations don’t show: check the account, the confirmed address, the sync, and where each kind of item is listed.
Something is in the wrong languageWhy the screen, an answer, a sermon text or a recording is in a language you didn’t expect, and where each one is changed.
Daily limits on questions and readingWhat you see when the day’s allowance of questions or sermon openings is used, how a confirmed account helps, and what to do. Nothing you keep is lost.
Contact supportHow to write to us from the website or the app, the subjects the form offers, what to include so we can help quickly, and how to report a mistake in a text.
