Privacy policy
Last updated · 13 October 2026
This policy covers the website branhamsermons.org, the web app at app.branhamsermons.org and the Branham Sermons apps for iPhone, iPad and Android. We collect the information needed to run them, keep them secure and improve them. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Information we collect
Information you give us: your account details, the questions and searches you make, what you keep in your library, and the messages and feedback you send us.
Information collected when you use the site or the apps: technical and usage information.
The apps ask your permission before sending notifications or using your camera or photos.
We use this information to provide, protect and improve the service, and to reply to you.
Artificial intelligence
Answers are written with the help of an AI service. It receives your questions, but not your name or email address.
Your account
If you create an account, with an email address or by signing in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, your email address and, where there is one, your profile picture. You can also add a profile photo yourself; it is kept with your account and deleted with it. We use them to create your account, sign you in and write to you about it. Your account keeps your library, conversations, reading plans and settings, so you find them on each of your devices.
Information received from Google is used in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Cookies, storage and analytics
The site and the apps use cookies and storage on your device to work, remember your preferences and keep your downloads. You can clear them in your browser settings, and uninstalling an app removes them.
We use Google Analytics to understand in aggregate how the site and the apps are used, and to record errors. It never receives your name or email address, and the apps do not collect your device’s advertising identifier. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the providers that help us run the service: Google for sign-in, storage and analytics; Apple and Google for signing in with their accounts and for payments in the apps; and providers of hosting, security, email, AI and other technical services. They use it only to provide these services to us, and give it the same or equal protection as this policy.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of the service and its users, or with your consent.
Keeping and deleting information
Account information is kept while your account exists. Other information is kept only as long as it is useful for the purposes above, then deleted or made anonymous.
You can delete your account at any time in the app’s settings, on your account page, or as described at branhamsermons.org/en/delete-account. Seven days later, unless you sign in again in the meantime to keep it or the law requires us to keep it longer, it is deleted with everything it keeps. You can download your data from your account at any time.
Children
The site and the apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, write to [email protected] and it will be deleted.
Security
Information travels over encrypted connections, and we take reasonable measures to protect what we keep. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
