In the app
- Open the Branham Sermons app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to You and choose My account.
- At the foot of the page, choose Delete account.
- Confirm.
On the website
- Go to app.branhamsermons.org and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open your account (your name in the menu).
- Choose Delete account, at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm.
What is deleted
Your account is deleted 7 days after you ask, with everything it keeps: your conversations and their questions, favorites, highlights and notes, reading plans and your progress in them, badges, reading and listening positions, settings, and the quotes you liked. Signing in again within those 7 days keeps it.
What is kept
Records that are not tied to your account are kept:
- Anonymous visit counts.
- Searches made without an account, for up to a year.
- Backup copies, which are replaced within a few days.
If you cannot use the app
Write from your account’s email address to [email protected] and ask for your account to be deleted. Your request is handled within 30 days.
